1) How do I book my transfer?
 
We have many options available through Facebook and email, but many clients still prefer the good old fashioned telephone.  This will help ensure we have all the required information for your booking.
 
2) What will happen once I have booked? 
 
Once we have received your booking that will be placed into our system and the vehicle reserved for you. We want to ensure exceptional service so to make sure we have all the required information, we will also send out a booking form for you to fill in and return to our office.
 
3)Is a deposit required? 
 
Due to high volumes of demand for our services, we will require a £30 deposit, this is refundable if you cancel your booking two weeks before your departure date.
 
4) Do you accept cheques?
 
Unfortunately no, cash, bank transfer or card payment only sorry
 
5) Where will the driver be when we arrive back in UK? 
 
The driver will be in arrivals Holding a Haven Executive Transfers sign, the driver will also text you on your mobile so please ensure it’s charged and on upon your return. 
 
6) Can we drink alcohol in the vehicle?
 
This is a big No for us unfortunately,  we want to keep our vehicles absolutely spotless for all our clients to enjoy so no alcohol at any stage of your trip.
 
7) When will I hear from you? 
 
A member of our booking team WILL  call you a week before your departure to confirm all your details and pick up time etc, please try not to call us due to high demand of calls we receive daily.
 
8)Can we have more than one pick up or drop off points before we leave and upon our return?
 
Yes but this must be booked in advance and you may incur an extra charge, if possible one pick up and drop off point would be ideal. However we are happy to help if we can.
